Jonathan Burgess is the President and CEO of Code 3 Realty & Mortgage Inc. Jonathan has over 15 years experience in the real estate industry, he started as a loan officer with Mortgage Bankers Acceptance Co. in Fair Oaks, CA in 1998 and moved on to start Clients First Mortgage with his wife in 2000. Jonathan currently is a Battalion Chief for the Sacramento City Fire Department. With Jon’s strong entrepreneur vision and acumen he merged the concept of mortgage and public service together and incorporated Clients First Mortgage. Under Jon’s leadership Code 3 Realty & Mortgage has continued to be solvent during the most devastating financial crisis since the great depression. Not only have the company’s sales grown, but new partnerships have been established in Texas, Atlanta, Colorado, and Southern California with various real estate companies. Code 3 Corporation is a government certified small, minority owned business and a preferred real estate company for all public safety professionals, their families and friends. Jonathan has his Associate of Arts degree in Fire Science and has an Undergraduate in Business Management in addition he holds the following licenses and certifications: CA Real Estate Brokers License,(NFSTI) REO/BPO Certification, Default School Advanced Valuation Certificate, Certified Short sale Specialist, and Five Start Default Certification in Progress. Jonathan belongs to the following associations: California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, African American Association of Real Estate Brokers and Inland Valley Association of Realtors of Riverside County, Masters 2010-2011 & 2012
