- Was promoted to Software Development Team Lead in the beginning of 2022- Started as an Intermediate Software Developer, but as my abilities and duties grew in 2020 I became designated as a Senior Software Developer by my Manager.- Designing and Developing enhancements (new features) and maintaining the application (bug fixes).- Working in a Microsoft Stack Environment (.Net, C#, MS SQL), and with Azure Microsoft Cloud Technologies.- Performing data migrations for new clients (moving their prior softwares database worth of information into our systems schema/layout’s database).- Working with third parties, and test sites for integrations from our software to other applications and services.- Participating in designing, architecting, and developing new features for the products.- During early planning stages, identifying any cautions in which could cause slow-downs down the road, and also providing solutions to these cautions in order to avoid these issues from occurring in the first place.- Collaborating with the team to learn from areas where they have more refined experience.- Design documentation, and turning specs into workable items for the team.- Although not an official title, I regularity perform team lead duties. These include helping fellow developers rapidly solve problems so their work can continue, creating work item buckets for the team to work through. Also, recently this year (2018), I have been transforming full requirements/specifications into workable items and into a scrum board backlog. Team lead wise, we try to implement a co-team lead environment depending on who has most experience in what area for a given project which why we do not assert specific titles here beyond Software Developer.- Meeting with clients to understand requirements, and attending events.- Prototype and implement new technologies into the software. This includes non-Microsoft stack technologies (eg. NodeJS, AngularJS, and many others).

Implemented new features, resolved any existing issues (bugs) in the following languages: Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic .Net, C#, and SQL. I also worked on automation tools to simplify database upgrades, I helped with daily backups, trained new employees, and performed application builds (which included creating InstallShield distributables).
