With a Master of Business Administration degree in HR from Nagpur University, I have been working as a HR- Recruitment & Employee Relationship at Codevian Technologies Pvt Ltd for over six years. My core competencies include IT recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations, which I apply to support the growth and development of the company and its talent.In my current role, I coordinate with the technical panel and understand their requirements, define job positions, and source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels. I also conduct interviews, prepare offer letters, contracts, and job descriptions, and complete the joining formalities and documentation. Additionally, I handle the final settlements, leave, salary, and benefits of the employees, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. I have contributed to the hiring and retention of multiple skilled and diverse professionals and enhanced employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
