I am a case manager at RAMS, Inc., a leading provider of mental health and substance abuse services in San Francisco. I use my expertise in Epic Systems, a software platform for health care organizations, to manage and coordinate care plans, referrals, and resources for our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and outcomes.With over five years of experience in case management, I have developed a wide range of skills and competencies that enable me to excel in my role. I have successfully led and delivered complex projects, such as implementing a new intake and assessment system, that improved efficiency and cost savings. I have also effectively collaborated with diverse stakeholders, such as health care providers, social workers, and community partners, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals. Additionally, I have consistently sought opportunities to expand my skill set and stay updated on industry trends and best practices, acquiring certifications in inbound marketing and data analysis.
