• Responsible for keeping the store, and cash area clean.• Helped customers select products that best fit their personal needs.• Provide store and product information to clients as needed• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, and process returns/exchanges in a courteous manner.

• Represent Ryerson School of Performance throughout the GTA at high schools, community based dance programs.• Assist the director of the performance dance program with administrative duties, including; filing, auditions, promotion of Ryerson School of Performance.

• Helped customers select products that best fit their personal needs.• Represents Company values to the public, ensures proper adherence to Company policies and maintains security in front end operations.

• Responsible for teaching dance classes from 3 to 12 students at a time.• Responsible for assisting and making choreography of dance routines.• Dealt with conflicts amongst students and parents, and kept peace amongst customers
