Customer Contact Executive
CurrentMy main responsibility in this role is answering a high volume of calls, mail, emails and web-chats, while providing the best customer experience possible for subscribers, readers and product consumers. I converse with customers to determine their needs and how to best assist them regarding their particular issue. My everyday duties include engaging with customers to resolve queries and place product orders. This includes upselling and cross selling across our full range of publications, subscriptions and products.
