She has worked with both operating businesses and investment partnerships. Codi also has substantial experience consulting on allocation methodologies, planning for liquidations and transfers, and managing specialized allocations within partnership structures.Codi received both her Bachelor of Business Administration and her Masters in the Science of Accounting degrees from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. She is a licensed CPA in Texas and Washington and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.Before joining Andersen, Codi was a partner at BDO USA, LLP.
