I also partnered with product management and marketing to launch new core revenue packages, driving 65% revenue growth while lifting overall customer satisfaction.
Regional Sales Director
In 2015, I was promoted into a newly established role to lead 37+ indirect reports across three states: Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. I mentored my teams in promoting company offerings at various hotels in the region while defining and implementing quotas, benchmarks, and performance improvement plans to drive tens of millions of dollars in revenue gains and double-digit EBITDA improvement.
