As the spa manager, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of spas. Managing the spa's finances, employees,services, and perform business tasks, as well as work directly with customers providing select spa services.

Here I hold the responsibility of final reviewing multi-million dollar companies quarterly and yearly reports/accounts for the government as well as to the public U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. I am constantly working with confidential information, juggling multiple deadlines, and contacting clients to ensure that all changes made by our team.

My administration duties for the government program ILearn consisted of keeping track of weekly and monthly classes offered for certification. I analyzed the test scores and qualifications of the government employees who investigate nuclear power plants, while also working behind the scenes of ILearn i.e. trouble shooting, preparing formats, and proof.

During this internship I was responsible for administrating the Environmental & Water Resources Institute. I withheld task such as creating memberships, updating systems database using Personify (internal search engine), created expense reports, proof reading acceptance letter, and organized conferences for Engineers around the world.
