I graduated in the spring of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science Degree as well as a Minor in Coaching from Southwest Minnesota State University! I was a member of the SMSU wrestling team for 5 years and a 3 year starter! I also captained my team for the final 2 years of my time there! I would consider myself a bit of a health and fitness junkie, as I absolutely have a driving passion for fitness and nutrition! I consistently have proven myself as a highly motivated, well organized individual with excellent leadership and communication skills! I am a high energy person and I pride myself on being able to complete a task to the very best of my ability. I'm also great at working with groups or in one on one situations as shown from some of my past experiences. I also have a unique ability for relationship building as well as effectively and efficiently being able to work with all sorts of different people from both ends of the health and fitness spectrum!Currently I serve as the Manager of Personal Training at Lifetime in Maple Grove! I am very motivated by educating people in areas such as nutrition, exercise and fitness in general!
