● At Revive NRC, our approach to training begins by focusing on inhibiting, or turning off, the neuromuscular patterns that you develop in your day-to-day activities. ● To achieve inhibition of these sub-optimal patterns our trainers introduce proper human functional movement patterns to replace them. ● Once the proper patterns have been learned, we then focus on strengthening deficient muscle groups to reinforce the newly learned movement patterns, allowing the body to function with decreased stress, resulting in maximized function in all planes of motion.
