-Conducted research on increasing awareness & accessibility of campus recovery programming.-Assisted program director in leading daily operations for a group of 30+ individuals.-Organized & implemented a restructured routine of events (E.g. led art projects, study nights, etc.) that built community within the program and increased the sense of social support for students in recovery.
