Responsible of:• the daily execution of all the administrative work of the Technical Advisor as well as the entire project • the correct management of the project secretariat;• the financial management of the project (cash / banking and processing of supporting documents)• budgeting and forecasting of activities• Purchasing and contracts• ensuring the role of Security focal point;• ensuring the role of communication focal point• the supervision of logistics, materials, equipment and supplies

• Project Budget management : Annual budget phasing, semestrial budget review and budget follow up• Support to the work plans’ operational preparation and financial planning processes of the project.• Bank and Cash management • Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports• Accuracy of balancesheet accounts againts procedures• Processing All payment requests incliuding Payroll • Preparation and submission of quarterly and annual tax declaration• The logistical organization of meetings, trainings and workshops of the project• Review of ,monthly field office expense reports• the inventory of fixed assets at mid-term and at the end of the year• proper archiving of all contracts and agreements • The correct filing of financial documents, data and other correspondences for future audits and reviews• Ensure document security and confidentiality in accordance with USAID policy and requirements
