Dedicated agent Major Accounts-handle specific major accounts of companies, especially in the Automotive business or with high volume of import,export or domestic orders-book,monitor, update orders-issue specific reports-correct and apply discount on invoices-handle delayed,damaged,loss orders and update customers on their latest status-combine quality and service knowledge with a personal touch as a designated communicator with specific big clientsProject - Trainer - Salesforce software implementation-learn, practice and offer user feedback on a new software/operating system-hold functionality testing sessions and report errors to developers and IT department-bring and implement ideas into building new working procedures around the new software-hold training sessions to a specific department on a new developed operating system -offer individual and team support after the new software went liveCSS Support Department--handle delayed,damaged,loss orders and update customers on their latest status-proactive notification on expected order delays,lost or damaged-act as a link between customs,operations,financial or sales departments and customers-respond to written complaints on invoices,delays,drivers,damaged and lost shipments and other service related issues-adjust wrong issued invoices or apply discounts-open, analyse and handle claim files on lost shipments-negociate financial compensation on lost shipment-gather approvals on financial compensations and submit them to billing department-issue official letters Frontline Department-book,monitor. handle and update import,export or domestic orders-price quotations and invoice request-update clients via email or phone about the latest info on orders-communication with every other associated country on every order issues-issue billing,order numbers,prices or any other reports to customers
