My hobbies and my professional career didn’t crossed paths so far, but they don’t necessarily have to.I invest my personal time in learning, creating and producing audio-video content and trying to build a character around it.A link to my work on this area will be updated here in the future.The jobs I took across the last 10-15 years brought me a vast experience in working on different industries (banking, transports and logistics , technology, insurance , furniture ) with all classes of customers.I am drawn more into the problem solving, product support , account management that involves offering an excellent all around customer experience by building a relationship and having a connection with people on a short or long term.A lot of companies went through changes and transitions and I have successfully overcome some difficult ones.I had the chance to be a trainer for one the teams I was part of.I had to trial a new software that incorporated multiple other software that we were using into a single one. Reported errors and trained a team of 10-12 people on how to use it and adapt procedures around it.I learned a lot from the experience and I would gladly take any opportunity to learn more about a trainer role in the future.I had the chance to work with people from all around the world as colleagues or as customers and the experience helped me to easily adapt to new environments.I like to constantly learn and improve and never get complacent and I always manage to have a chemistry with all of my teammates.I familiarized myself along the years with CRM, Microsoft Dynamics,Oracle, Microsoft Office, Sales Force software.
