I mentored the new technical team that developed a robot for one of the world's largest high school robotics competitions, FIRST Tech Challenge. I taught them Java programming for FTC robots, including algorithms such as PID, motion profiling, advanced localization using dead-reckoning, and advanced signal filtering. Additionally, I instructed them in Fusion 360 3D design for CAD and manufacturing. The team achieved a top 5 ranking nationwide and 15th in the world, qualifying for the Maryland Tech Invitational international competition.

Developed a swept-surface volumetric display that could create holograms, relying on the persistence of vision and a 4kHz projector that projected rapidly changing 2D images on an oscillating surface. I ranked top 500 out of 90000 students worldwide.
