My daily activities are varied and include aspects in terms of management and user support, as the following principal detailed tasks.-Responsible for ERP Clarvision, expertise, guidance, and user instruction on ERP processes to support daily activities, updates, and maintenance.-Responsible for IT budget expenses - I carry out the elaboration of spending plans with IT service providers from forecasts to the monthly staggering of costs.-Administration for virtual server systems with 30 virtual servers in four locations. Network administration - Maintenance of IT equipment and software application with 100PC, Network equipment like Enterprise Switches, Accespoint, NAS, UPS, and Network Printers.- IT support based on the ticketing system for Windows-based clients and servers (Windows 10, Office365 e-mail, security technology, and Active Directory Administration.Provided 1st and 2nd level network support, incident recovery, problem root cause analysis, and managed further technical escalation of network components with different internal groups and external network and telecommunication providers.- Provided follow-up training and one-on-one instruction for the users on specific applications.- Back-up equipment administration.- Inventory of the consumables and IT equipment.- Support to annual production factory inventory ERP Clarvision system.Implemented Key projects:-Implementation of various ERP modules like e-Factura and SAFT, support on different setup steps for colleagues that use these modules.- MES project - the project consists in recording the parameters of the production phases at each work point.-Project change and extension of the data network - The project consisted in changing the old data network and expanding to a new standard infrastructure.
