We set the direction of AIESEC UK and coached and supported 22 local committees to perform- Coached 20 local managers to run Careers Fair events in 15 cities around the UK, in 2 months, that turned a six figure profit for the organization (28 000 students and 140 companies attended over all)- Created a brand new event called Leadership Tournament, to secure more revenue for the organization
