• Led 312 contractors in the execution of 22 projects; supported $98M portfolio & infrastructure expansion.• Directed construction design reviews and charrettes, liaises with users to identify project requirements.• Partnered with and oversaw U.S. Corps of Engineers and Army for design and Project Management duties.• Managed, coordinated, evaluated, monitored, documented, and reported contract activities & progress.• Oversaw $7.4M storm system restoration design and project after hurricane devastation and destruction.• Directed base power and energy contract, assured maintenance of 5 generators and $8.1M solar farm.• Headed $8.7M water system upgrade project, inspected treatment plant and 107K ft of pipe installation.• Developed, advocated, and programmed humanitarian projects across Honduras that would strengthen relationships and renew failing infrastructure.
