I am currently working as a Technical Support Agent at Blue Ocean Contact Centers, and have a background in computer programming and system administration.I am experienced in system administration on Linux based operating systems, specifically with Arch Linux and CentOS. I am currently in the process of studying for the RHCSA exam, which I hope to have passed before the Spring of 2019. My experience with Linux includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting failed boots using log data, patching and compiling kernels, and configuring SELinux installations on CentOS. I have extensive familiarity with command line interfaces, and am capable of writing shell scripts to complete recurring tasks, as well as configuring them to run on a schedule.My software development experience involves working with well known development software such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, and RubyMine.
