With a lifelong passion for visual art and storytelling I officially started my UX design career in early 2021, acquiring a solid and diverse range of skills from Berkeley’s UX/UI Certificate Program. In one project I conducted interviews and surveys to gather data about our users, analyzed quantitative and qualitative data and discovered patterns which helped me in empathy mapping and identifying pain points. Then I developed a persona and defined a user flow which I referred back to. Then I built out wireframes and prototypes for testing and iteration. Prior to UX/UI design, I spent time in customer service where I instilled effective team-building and collaborative strategies to maximize customer experience. During this time I demonstrated effective visual design in property management, was recognized for excellent color theory as a painter, and competency in project management. I bring my versatility, willingness to collaborate, and natural creative talent to whatever project is in front of me.
