Designed, modeled, and produced manufacturing drawings for 8 IC-Wedge bottling machines to meet various customer requirements. Increased company turnover by managing new customer projects from initial visit to final equipment delivery, including major projects for Tyson Foods, PPG, and DAP. Collaborated with inventor of Z-Spiral Conveyor system to design and build first full scale Alpha prototype. Engineered prototype version of Meltpoint Polypropylene Recovery System, including drafting of patent claims and prototype testing.

Provided direct manufacturing support for engine production line and machining operations, including BOM management, applying FMEA and root cause practices, improving machine operation, and minimizing overall process risk. Designed engine tooling and test equipment, including closed loop pressure tests, testing fixtures, and assembly tooling. Set up assembly line layout, process flow and work instructions, and tooling for new programs. Increased plant productivity by overhauling preventative maintenance plans and improving operator practices.
