I am a seasoned professional with a background in higher education now poised to transition into the dynamic world of talent acquisition and recruitment.Professional Journey:In my previous roles, I had the privilege of shaping transformative experiences for students, fostering a sense of community, and helping students maximize their full potential, whether that was through staff-led programming, supervision meetings, training, or mentorship. I have demonstrated this by being involved and or leading the recruitment of professional and paraprofessional staff.
