As the Associate Director of Lacrosse and Skills Trainer at Healthy Baller, I help young athletes develop their physical, mental, and emotional abilities through lacrosse. I design and implement customized training programs, provide feedback and guidance, and foster a positive and supportive environment for the players.I also finished my Master of Education degree at Bethany College, where I previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. My education background has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to understand human behavior, motivation, and learning, and to apply them to coaching and teaching. I have also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Assistant at Bethany College and a Safety Officer at UPMC, where I demonstrated organizational support, office administration, and communication skills. My goal is to combine my passion for lacrosse and education to make a difference in the lives of others.
