Would also maintain contact with Clients.⦁ Digitizied physical documents in electronic filing system.⦁ Debt collection including enforcement of judgments through wage garnishment and bank attachment proceedings, discovery in aid of execution, asset searches, etc.⦁ Landlord-Tenant eviction proceedings and actions in ejectment⦁ Discovery work (interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admission) and motions practice to compel responses / overcome objections, assisting/preparing for depositions, etc.
