Im a pretty easy guy to get along with and I like for everyone to work together to get the job at hand done safe and right. Im a hard worker because I know what Im working to support and to support them i have to move up higher then when I started. I love learning new things and teaching/training people from my previous experiences, helping people wether its to learn something or just helping them do their job makes me feel good by knowing I've helped. I started off in the oilfield as a frac hand in sand, moved up to line boss. From there i went to Weatherford wellhead were I learned a lot about well equipment, well structure, securement, among many other things that I've kept with me and used to train other coworkers with. From Weatherford wellhead I got the opportunity to transfer to Capillary. I started off as a helper and worked my way up to an operator, in this division i learned a lot about down hole equipment packers, anchors, etc. I also learned about workover rigs and the different types of equipment they use. Right now I'm looking for my next learning experience wether it be something I haven't learned or somewhere i can use my experience. Knowledge is a power to be used for growing better and brighter people/workers.
