Consisting of half producing wells and half water/CO2 injecting wells. -Experience writing procedures for workovers, well enhancements, and stimulations. -Water & CO2 Flood experience: -Managed water/CO2 injection from rate, surface pressure, and bottom-hole pressure controls. -Pattern management including monitoring IWR's, injectivity, and utilization.
