    1. 调研一些新的面料，轮子，拉杆，PP顶底盘，商标以及拉头和拉片给到设计师参考，以及开发创新型产品，比如USB 锁，蓝牙指纹锁，以及智能电子称，可折叠底盘以及法国或者美国要求的Innovation 产品2. 根据设计师提供的图稿或者概念，分析哪一个供应商适合做相应的产品，给到1~2家厂商报价3. 综合考虑工厂的价格，品质，开发能力以及配合度确定最终的供应商，确定最终的价格，然后让供应商提供3D图稿 或者色卡（面料），开发确认之后让工厂提供手办做最后的确认4. 手办确认之后，通知工厂开模并跟踪T1时间5. 检查T1样板是否和设计师的要求一致，然后寄样板给设计师提供意见6. 把意见发给供应商准备T2 同时提供测试样办，直至样板通过测试7. 负责和供应商以及工程人员一起分析测试失败的原因，并督促供应商及时的改善， 以保证在成品测试之前，配件全部通过测试8. 协助工厂与供应商在做样板或者大货期间的交期，品质问题9. 负责和供应商商讨怎样优化产品，以致降低产品的价格同时保持产品的质量10. 负责把所有开发的配件输入PDM 系统作为存档记录
