Worked on-site and remotely with the Evaluation Systems group of Pearson to support teacher certification registration for most states in the USA. Utilized SQL Server to generate reports for several business units and C#.NET/ASP MVC to develop new client-facing features. Helped improve internal apps and automate code builds and SQL migrations.

Answered inbound calls from students and professors regarding technical support and financial aid questions. Made outbound calls for colleges and universities requesting information from certain students (ie students not returning or students missing certain documents). Automated the creation of dozens of thousands of outbound tickets given a spreadsheet.
