Throughout my experiences in school and during work, I have learned how to prepare myself every day. Everything begins with a clear and concise list of what needs to be done to keep organized. I am someone that learns very quickly, has a thirst for new knowledge and avidly looks for the most efficient way to finish a task, without reducing the quality. Customers and employees and vital for the success of any restaurant and ensuring that everyone is enjoying their time is a must. I enjoy speaking to guests about past and current experiences about the good and ways to improve the experience. Making the guests feel valued during their time is key in order for them to return in the future. I enjoy mentoring, aiding and developing people. The experience I have had with that is tutoring my peers at school. While tutoring, I am able to in essence coach someone through their struggles and learn how to overcome the obstacles. Additionally, during my time as a teacher’s assistant I have been mildly exposed to supervising people at a level of keeping them on task and working efficiently and effectively. I believe that with every great company, teamwork is a vital part to the success and future growth for any establishment.
