1. Responsible for the establishment and registration of China Branch Office, and handling company certificates such as business license and export permit.2. Responsible for the establishment and recruitment of the Chinese branch team. Build a cooperate team including procurement, sales, finance, and quality inspection depts.3. Responsible for managing, communicating, coordinating and dealing with the business problems of nearly 400 suppliers in China, covering most of the domestic mainstream petroleum equipment companies.4. Responsible for improving the vendor list of Sterling Group in China, looking for new suppliers, and audit old and new suppliers.5. Responsible for coordinating the third-party DNV inspection job and support HQ do some inspection jobs.6. Responsible for business negotiation of domestic and foreign banks, SINOSURE, and factoring companies & FORFITING business.7. Responsible for supporting HQ in negotiating such as price, payment terms and delivery time with Chinese vendors.8. Responsible for the execution of sales orders , export tax rebates , expense management in China.
