As a Vice President at Pitbull Shredding Solutions, I lead a team of engineers and technicians who deliver cutting-edge blade recycling services to our clients across the US and Canada. As a Fellow at the Veterans Advanced Energy Project, I also leverage my military background and expertise in explosive ordnance disposal to advocate for the advancement of veterans' employment and US leadership in advanced energy.In my most recent role as a Senior Manager at Deutsche Windtechnik, I was responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of over 500 wind turbines across Texas and Oklahoma. I managed a budget of over $10 million, negotiated contracts with suppliers and customers, and ensured compliance with safety and environmental standards. I also implemented several process improvements and quality initiatives that resulted in increased efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
