Current• Direct regional restaurant operations, sales, and guest focused experiences for two franchise locations and supervise a leadership team of 25+ direct reports.• Identifying sales trends and goals; created innovative approaches to increase profitability, brand awareness and team accountability. • Applied for LMIAs and successfully employed several foreign workers. • Remain alert to investigate and report issues/trends/concepts that impact the company; highly skilled and knowledgeable to ensure operations run smoothly.• Accountable for the accurate and timely processing and sign off on payroll, ROE’s, and severance calculations for 130+ staff.• Interpret reporting measures and statistics, act quickly to create action plans and/or change policies and procedures to avoid future setbacks or problems. • Spearhead disciplinary action and ensure an empathetic approach is used to resolve issues between the business and employees, when needed.• Organize ten annual charity golf tournaments and promote local hockey season ticket sales; initiate community involvement to increase brand footprint.
