Inventoried helicopter parts through the Enterprise Resource Program Quantum Control. Made sure the correct serial numbers, part numbers and work order numbers were entered accurately. Copied the data from Quantum Control onto an excel master tracker that recorded all inventoried parts and made sure all information was accurate before scheduling parts to.

Greeted potential customers, provided informal tours, helped to manage the day to day operations of the gym, talked with customers over the phone, and answered customer service emails. Explained gym membership details, benefits, and package offerings. Worked within computer programs such as excel, word and ABC financial. Logged customer information and set.

Stocked produce and greeted customers, ensuring that all of their needs were met. Kept track of orders that needed to be sent out on a daily basis, so the store was also fully stocked appropriately. I was also in charge of training new employees to ensure they understood the best practices for the new position they would be starting.
