Started as a server in 1999 and was promoted three times within two years to become Senior Manager which was the highest level role available within the company. As Senior Manager, was responsible for all restaurant inventory, ordering and vendor management. Trained, hired and fired employees as needed and provided training to increase efficiency and overall customer experience.
