Cody is a state certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Prior to joining Alpha Appraisal Group, Cody graduated Cum Laude from Cleveland State University, majoring in economics with a minor in statistics. While attending university, Cody was a founding member and executive for the school’s Economics Student Society. He also served in the United States Marine Corps where he performed a myriad of functions, including operations, material control, and crew chief for the CH-53 Super Stallion rotary aircraft. Cody’s current focus is on valuation analysis and property management. Outside of workplace, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing “pen & paper” role playing games, and is involved in multiple musical acts within the Cleveland area.
