I began with Elliot as a trouble man in the City of Lexington, tasked with running trouble calls fixing the issue to their construction standards and/or diagnosing the issue so that I could refer to crew to properly fix the issue. I stayed in that position for a year before going to being a Foreman of a crew of four to give men. I was able to learn the construction standards of a Co-op. We were given re-conduct jobs and pole replacement projects. I have maintained that position since. I have become an apprentice instructor where I teach appropriate safety procedures and techniques to improve the skills of the students.

In this roll I was responsible for organizing my crew for any job given. I was tasked with responding to call outs and running trouble calls and fixing them. I became adequate and efficient at maintaining and building power lines. I had 5 amazing years with FP&L before moving to Lexington.

I was tasked with maintaining their system that was primarily Delta. There I learned how to hot stick adequately and efficiently. There I became efficient at working underground while maintaining proper safety procedures involved with the task given.
