I have been through twenty years of advancement in the last five to ten. I joined my family's fencing business in 2004 and was the lowest man on the totem like you could be. I was told before I could sell, bid, understand, or take over a construction company I needed to know how to actually construct something. What a true statement, thanks to my extensive experience installing fence and becoming and an expert in the field, I use all my knowledge to help customers with decisions as to what design will look better, I can advise the crews on things they'll need during jobs that are not of the norm, and when things hit the wall I can generally find a way through it. I love what I do. I love the fencing industry and all the advancements we're making and I can't wait until I can look back and say, " I did this, I made this happen. I took this company and now it's this 800 pound gorilla in the industry."

  I help run this family owned and operated business day to day. I wear many hats as one might say. I learned the business inside and out by installing for nearly ten years until one day the phone needed someone to answer it. That day changed everything. My sales and people skills snapped back instantly and I was not only answering the phone but scheduling estimates, quoting jobs, ordering material, shopping prices, and scheduling crews. I then made my way into the advertising area with seo and social media. I found my age to be a strong plus with all the new technology. I was able to save the company the expense of having to outsource that task. These days I still wear many hats, I am a hands on manager. I like things done correctly so if I need to be at the jobsite with a shovel in my hand then so be it. Our business is growing so I'm always learning and starting to realize I'm always going to be doing just that... Learning.
