• Manage all operations within the production warehouse as well as coordinate with offsite customers for distribution needs• Directly responsible for managing and ensuring accuracy for the operations KPI’s are tracked & daily reports created for financial tracking• Responsible for the startup of new contract operation, equipment needs, planning for shifts, racking placement, line layout for maximum efficiency• Drive the compliance for safety culture within the operation to reduce and manage all injury types• Participate in budget planning process to meet and exceed targets• Manage supervisors and develop to drive LEAN best practices within the production team for maximizing output as well as reducing downtime & labour• Oversee the development of production lead associates by driving the performance and coaching for success• Support capacity planning from begin design stages through finished product displays• Implement continuous improvement strategy’s for cost effective measures• Perform SIP (Self Improvement Program) audits quarterly to improve as well as measure current processes

• Manage the planning of shipments to various customers across Canada• Responsible for preparing shift start up and running shift meetings to delegate the work and ensure clear expectations of the tasks on hand• Supervise forklift operators in daily shipping and receiving duties to ensure safety and compliance are up kept• Participate and conduct daily meetings to discuss the planned workload, employee relations, and previous day’s work• Write and perform monthly performance/ productivity reviews for hourly associates as well as discipline when required• Perform interviews for new hire hourly associates• Perform time analysis on tasks to ensure productivity standards are met and maintained• Create tracking spreadsheets, reporting tools for productivity and efficiency as well as financial reports for ease of use

• Supervise the planning of a three shift 24 hour operation to ensure the even distribution of projects and work load• Responsible for preparing shift start up and running shift meetings to delegate the work and ensure clear expectations of the tasks on hand• Supervise up to ten packaging lines at a time for maximum efficiency, safety & quality• Participate in daily planning and operations meetings to review capacity for production and head count requirements• Write and perform annual performance review / appraisals for hourly associates• Perform interviews for new hire hourly associates• Supervise 31 hourly associates and an average of 70 temporary associates per shift
