After a decade in the Utah Air National Guard, I have learned leadership and development skills. One of 5 individuals hand picked by senior leadership to develope future initiatives to broaden partnerships and ties across the Utah Air National Guard. I've learned that there is always more to learn about a problem before the best solution can be developed. I balance serving my country with being able to master my trade. My skills are based around problem solving and people solutions. In that time I've achieved my BA degree while working with senior leadership at the secret and TS level. Along with this, I've also gained various certifications from both my civilian job as a Detroit Diesel technician and my job as a Boom Operator.
