Oversaw the day to day financial operations of the Panthers Ticket Office which entails: assist with refunds, implementing bill plans, monthly and yearly financial reconciliation, cash journal entries, IMG commission reconciliation and many other day to day financial responsibilities. Along with the daily financial duties, assisted the digital ticketing and back office ticket operations for the Men's Basketball program using the Paciolan ticketing platform. Also worked various athletic sporting events ranging from football to Olympic sports in the ticket office.
