As the Finance Director, I focus on acquiring financing approvals for each customer that make sense to them and maximizing the dealer profits. I quickly build rapport with the customer in a matter of minutes. Then, find out their wants and needs to sell products that enhance their ownership experience. Since being in that role, I have lowered the dealership contracts in transit by 100's thousands of dollars and developed a department that had almost doubled its warranty sales—trained my producer to have better processes and procedures while maximizing his numbers. I have done both Finance & Sales Management in the past. So, when the spot opened up for a New Vehicle Director, the owner knew I would be a natural fit. Since in that role, I have also taught my sales manager better processes to put deals together. Whether it be with financing, marketing vehicles right, or how to properly use the CRM and other tools. Holding salespeople accountable to stick with those proper procedures helped with our customer satisfaction scores. Knowing that doing the small things right help with the bigger picture. I have been In the retail car business for 8.5 years. Ultimately, I am looking to get out of the retail car space and into another industry I can thrive.
