From warm greetings to counting medications I enjoy all aspects of my job. I feel at home in my pharmacy and I work hard to continually give great service to the patients that come to visit my CVS.

Employee Education department assistant.-Collaborate with Leadership and employee educators in data entry.-Provide continued education materials and required criteria to health care providers.-Coordinate lesson module packets and orientation folders.-Educate nurses and other staff in utilizing facility computer programs.-Assist patients and visitors by directing them throughout the hospital.

-Delegate responsibilities and tasks to team members.-Directly oversee the performance of groomers.-Fulfill HR requirements such as payroll, scheduling, pricing appraisal, updating client files, and customer satisfaction.-Perform all grooming needs for both dogs and cats.

-Triaged patients prior to their interaction with physician/ physician assistant.-Attended to patients in doctors’ office and filled requests to facilitate efficient and effective patient care.-Collected and summarized patient information into medical chart and digitized using MediSoft for quick retrieval of information.-Executed patient outreach.
