• Assist all personnel in day-to-day coordination of inbound freight activities (Suppliers and• Processors)• Support the organization via document control on a daily basis• Liaise between sales and operations to ensure customer requirements, industry standards, quality standards and company requirements are achieved• Ensure compliance with company procedures• Build and maintain relationships with freight vendors, testing vendors and processors,perform evaluations on a regular basis• Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements• Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner• Support the QMS and ISO implementation• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents for reference purposes• Support in-coming and out-going inspection process
