• Create and populate content using the social media calendar for various social media platforms
• Coordinate promotional campaigns including paid and owned digital media
• Support with technical writing and production of various items such as blog articles, media releases, case studies, whitepapers, and proposal decks (Wrote the winning submission - Microsoft Partner of the Year Award.
• Support the design and production of all marketing collateral
• Applied institutional knowledge and experience to company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures in our CRM reset project.

• Monitor and track social media for trending topics, articles, and video content to utilize across social media channels
• Implement the marketing plan while working closely with our sales and product teams to ensure the effective execution of marketing content creation, design, and logistical activities
• Assist the client partner and account executive’ teams with daily CRM (Salesforce) admin tasks – Building reports, and dashboards, and maintaining the account, contact, and opportunity details.
