• Managed QC lab prior to acquisition of BioAutomation, including scheduling PMs and service calls for all analytical instrumentation and equipment, ordering supplies, and maintaining all safety protocols in the lab. All protocols were performed under the constraints of ISO 9001 certification. • Performed QC validation of all incoming consumables, which included synthesizing several thousands of oligonucleotides and performing the necessary post processing, purification and analysis. This included Ion Exchange & Reverse Phase HPLC, Spectrophotometry, NanoDrop micro volume spectrophotometry, PAGE, and Karl Fischer Titrations.• Performed QC testing of Poseidon software to uncover bugs reported by end uses and validate new software builds prior to BioAutomation’s acquisition.• Performed multiple pilot studies for future customers before BioAutomation’s acquisition which resulted in the purchase of instrumentation.
