As the Lead Generation Specialist, my job includes the following. I am responsible for reaching out to leads that have not been contacted or have gone dormant and creating interest in our product and trying to determine their goals. If needed I would create follow up meetings with Loan Officers to speak with borrowers if special circumstance was required. I would also attend weekly budget meetings to determin what lead sources are the most beneficial. If interest was createid, I would go through applications with borrowers if possible and gather the documentation needed to complete the loan.

Gather necessary information from customers to make an educated decision on qualifications. Provide Loan Officer with quality leads, giving an explanation of the situation and goals of the customer to the Loan Officer. Send documents to the customer and provide a timeline for completion. Contact outside companies for any and all documentation to assist with the closing of the file. Constantly going through the company database to find new and old clients to re-engage.
