Manage the execution of policies and procedures pertaining to supply chain management to include procurement; receipt; inventory control; repair; storage; distribution; issue; disposal; and computation and maintenance of stock positioning requirements. Implement the handling procedures of Property, Plant & Equipment to ensure improved data accuracy & existence and completeness (equipment accountability, visibility, and Audit ability). Direct the activities of a maintenance distribution or industrial type organization, and they command or serve in either an operating forces service unit or a non-operating forces activity. Provide supply support insight for operational planning requirements; supervise transportation of supplies and equipment; manage the transmittal of public funds; participate in the budget process, and administration and expenditure of allotted funds; and make necessary recommendations to the commanding officer regarding supply support procedures.

Rebuilt tracked vehicle engines and transmissions. Was the Ordnance Maintenance Chief for the 24 Marine Expeditionary Unit in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Was the Fuel and Electric Maintenance Chief. Was the Maintenance Chief for the Combined Arms Company, training and advising NATO forces for the Black Sea Rotational Forces.

As an analyst with the firm, I conducted thorough equity research reports on industries and specific equities. I forecasted earnings and built valuation models to support my findings. Later on as a Managing Director, I got to teach and mentor analysts on how to conduct their research and present their findings to the firm. I worked with the rest of the management team in order to best guide the analyst with their pitches.
