-Assisted in the development and execution of a new project management methodology for the Professional Services team.-Project lead for both net new and existing client Keylight implementations.-Adept in using conversation to ascertain all necessary requirements for a successful project from client project stakeholders.-Effectively communicate project expectations, assumptions, deliverables and timelines to other project stakeholders.-Develop technical requirements by quickly interpreting process related documentation. -Responsible for training and coaching other consultants in implementation best practices.

-Key player in the configuration of client's Keylight Platform as it relates to their current GRC methodology and/or how the GRC data flows will be handled in the future.-First line of on-site support for Keylight training, troubleshooting and GRC industry knowledge.-Responsible for carrying out and developing project management methodology for each client as it relates to the Keylight implementation process.-Communicate weekly status updates to LockPath leadership. These statuses include: current client implementation status, upcoming deliverables, past due deliverables and project risks.

-I am directly responsible for making sure that Cerner's project management methodology is carried out over the project life cycle.-As the project manager, I am the first line of contact for client related questions, issues and escalations.-I am responsible for developing a project plan encompassing all related solutions in scope.-I am expected to be well versed in reading contract language and discerning in-scope versus out-of-scope items.-I communicate weekly and monthly project updates to client leadership. These updates include past action items, project risks and escalations.

-I managed a project budget and helped explain expended hours by using visual work effort reports.-I developed client facing high level agendas that were used to plan specific project management events.-I coordinated project management event logistics; including coordinating the biggest client event in Cerner's history.-I was responsible for developing and maintaining agenda templates for various internal project team meetings. These included a weekly team meeting template, risk review template, and internal project management team meeting template.-I handled all resource requests and made sure the project team was staffed adequately based on project event weeks. This also includes understanding scope as related to the contract so that resourcing could be planned out in advance.

-I developed new or modified existing information technology solutions, including formulation of application scope and objectives.-I also prepared detailed specification documents using a wiki. -I support code development through programming in computer languages for specific assigned solutions. -I worked with end users to get feedback on their application experience to contribute to future enhancements and functionality. -I also worked directly with the Infor Cloverleaf Interface Engine software. Troubleshooting errors and custom data manipulation through TCL scripting for end-users were my main duties.
