After training in sales, I noticed a major flaw in the training being offered. I offered a plan to train new hires which set them up for success. My training program proved to be very successful and was adopted by other areas of our region. as Senior Training Manager, I would train the trainers, ensure they were focused on shaping successful employees, and I would continue mentoring the new reps once they were done training, to make sure the job was being done right to benefit themselves and the customers alike.
