I have got two years farming experience in the macadamia nut industry. it has become a really big passion for me and really want to keep learning more about agriculture. I have learned the skill set of pest management control programs, fertilizer programs and chemical programs. how to mix chemicals in a spray tank. the operations of tractors and slashes, as well as general farm maintenance. I have learned how to get a team of workers and lead them to do the best work possible. very hard work and discipline is key for my success as a farmer. I would like to stay in the agriculture system because I feel it is best for my future.
